Shipments and returns
Packages are generally dispatched within 3 to 7 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via registered mail services or other shipping company.
Registered mail service and other shipping solutions include tracking number and signature required at delivery time.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport and packing fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returns for non-defective material.
Returns are accepted within 7 days after customer receives the package with the following conditions:
The refund is processed only after goods arrival to our warehouse and its state confirmation. Only goods value and its corresponding taxes will be refunded.
Returns for factory defective material, Warranty.
Returns are accepted within 2 years after customer receives the package with the following conditions:
The refund or return of a new good is processed only after goods arrival to our warehouse and its state confirmation and after the product vendor confirms the defect for warranty. If the vendor has a fix, the good will be fixed and returned to you. In case it's not fixable, depending on the vendor decision, you might receive a new good or a refund for it.
In case we return you a fixed or new good, we support the shipping charges.
